The Information and Communications Technology and Cybersecurity Industry Association Inc. (ICTCIA) participated in the ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing with then TESDA Secretary Isidro S. Lapena as part of the Regional Industry Boards (RIBs) initiative of TESDA NCR.
The event marked an important step in strengthening collaboration between government and industry partners to support workforce development, technical education, and industry-aligned training programs in the Philippines.
Through the RIBs initiative, ICTCIA continues to support efforts that bridge the gap between education, industry demands, and real-world workforce requirements—particularly in the fields of information technology and cybersecurity.
The partnership reinforces ICTCIA’s commitment to helping develop future-ready Filipino professionals through industry collaboration, training support, and skills development initiatives aligned with national workforce priorities.
The MOA signing also highlighted the importance of public-private cooperation in advancing technical education and strengthening opportunities for Filipino learners and professionals.
